harmon.ie allows you to send SharePoint Links instead of email attachments.
If the document you want to send is already in SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive, simply drag and drop it from the harmon.ie sidebar to your email message to create a link to it.
When sending an email containing an attachment, harmon.ie prompts you to upload it to SharePoint and send a document link instead.
The Save to SharePoint dialog offers the following options:
The attachments are uploaded to SharePoint and replaced with links.
If you need to send a document to people who can’t access SharePoint, click and hold the Alt key while dragging the document from the harmon.ie sidebar. This creates a physical attachment instead of a link.
